Gb Harmonic Minor Scale

The Harmonic Minor Scale is the Minor Scale with its 7th raised a half step. That one change gives a minor key a major V chord, with a strong pull back home, and opens a gap of a step and a half between the 6th and 7th, the source of its exotic, neoclassical sound. Bach used it constantly, and so does Yngwie Malmsteen, especially over the V chord of a minor key.
